You might Want to give credit to the multnomah youth commission who created both the bill of rights and these grants or at least have them proof your website- your dates are wrong. Our bill of rights was adopted by youth on June 1,2006 adopted by Portland city council in August of 2006 and not adopted by the multnomah county board of commissioners until 2007.
