This list of scholarships started with a wonderful document started by  ReServe Ready, a non-profit in New York City that helps older and retired adults give back to their communities by matching them up with underserved schools. ReServe is a part of the Americorps program, and the READY program focuses on helping students get into and pay for college.  Also check out their quick-links page for a good list of links to help with the college process. Thank you to the scholarnews blog for passing this along.
